This is a high-impact opportunity to join a high-performing Finance Controllership team during a pivotal transformation phase. As the Senior Manager, BlackLine Capability Hub, you will be at the heart of a major BlackLine implementation. This role isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about leadership, configuration, and optimization. You will partner directly with Finance leadership and Technology stakeholders to build a robust global reconciliation process that ensures the accuracy of the balance sheet across the entire group of companies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the Global Balance Sheet control strategy to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the BlackLine platform
  • Evaluate and execute the onboarding of new reconciliation processes onto BlackLine
  • Develop and deliver training programs for system users and local administrators to drive platform value
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities through BlackLine workflows and best practices
  • Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology, and Business units for all BlackLine-related initiatives
  • Lead initiatives for system upgrades, new module rollouts, and operational process changes

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with the BlackLine platform
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial systems administration, accounting, or finance operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and direct individuals across diverse teams

  • CPA Designation
  • Previous experience working with SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex analytical analysis for management decision-making
