This is a high-impact opportunity to join a high-performing Finance Controllership team during a pivotal transformation phase. As the Senior Manager, BlackLine Capability Hub, you will be at the heart of a major BlackLine implementation. This role isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about leadership, configuration, and optimization. You will partner directly with Finance leadership and Technology stakeholders to build a robust global reconciliation process that ensures the accuracy of the balance sheet across the entire group of companies.
Job Responsibility:
Execute the Global Balance Sheet control strategy to ensure completeness and accuracy
Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the BlackLine platform
Evaluate and execute the onboarding of new reconciliation processes onto BlackLine
Develop and deliver training programs for system users and local administrators to drive platform value
Identify and implement automation opportunities through BlackLine workflows and best practices
Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology, and Business units for all BlackLine-related initiatives
Lead initiatives for system upgrades, new module rollouts, and operational process changes
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience with the BlackLine platform
At least 5 years of experience in financial systems administration, accounting, or finance operations
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and direct individuals across diverse teams
Nice to have:
CPA Designation
Previous experience working with SAP
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform complex analytical analysis for management decision-making
