Job Description

Leading the Enterprise Information Management team, oversees configuration, implementation, maintenance and upgrades for functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management). Analyzes user requirements to determine ERP system configuration and customization. Applies in-depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines. Provides ongoing ERP system support. May participate in defining requirements and selecting software vendors.

Requirements

  • 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required)
  • Eight (8) or more years Experience including SAP S/4HANA FI/CO (Required)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Coupa, Kyriba, or BlackLine is highly desirable
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) and Controlling Business Processes
  • Provide expertise across Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Tax, FP&A, Month-End, Group Reporting, Analytics)
  • Manage and maintain the full application lifecycle for Finance systems including SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Kyriba, and Blackline
  • Develop and execute IT strategy for Finance and establish a multi-year systems roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Stay current with innovations (including AI and Analytics for Finance) and recommend strategic adoption
  • Lead and manage Application Maintenance Support (AMS) teams (onsite and offshore), including third-party vendors, and mentor finance applications team members
  • Ensure strong integration across SAP S/4 and other financial and non-financial enterprise applications
  • Lead system configuration and oversee customization in alignment with SAP best practices and upgrade compatibility
  • Ensure compliance with Segregation of Duties (SOD), SOX/internal audit controls, and oversee security roles, access governance, and internal system controls
  • Drive testing, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous system improvements
  • Lead Finance projects and system improvement initiatives independently
