This role is focused on guiding clients through end-to-end workforce transformation journeys — from redefining how work is structured, to embedding AI-powered ways of working at scale. The individual will work closely with senior stakeholders to redesign workflows, uplift workforce capabilities, and drive meaningful adoption of AI tools across the enterprise. • Design and implement comprehensive adoption strategies to embed AI tools into daily workflows, ensuring sustained behaviour change and measurable impact

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business leaders and employees, enabling understanding and buy-in
  • Develop and deliver training, enablement programs, and experiential learning journeys to equip employees with the skills needed for the future of work
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and delivery of business outcomes
  • Continuously refine methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks for workforce transformation and AI adoption

Requirements
