As Senior Manager – Regional, you’ll be accountable for the direction, performance and growth of a defined destination remit within Virgin Atlantic Holidays. You’ll shape and deliver region-specific strategies that balance customer appeal, commercial performance and long-term value creation. Working closely with Trading, Marketing and Channel teams, you’ll lead high-impact supplier partnerships and ensure product initiatives are delivered end to end, with success measured through revenue growth, margin delivery and differentiated customer propositions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead destination strategies that deliver against revenue, margin and customer objectives
Own regional supplier relationships, driving strong commercial terms, co-investment and long-term partnerships
Align closely with Trading Managers to define revenue ambition and margin levers while retaining accountability for proposition and lifecycle optimisation
Oversee campaign and channel planning to ensure product strategy is effectively activated and measured
Drive product innovation and differentiated propositions aligned to brand and customer insight
Ensure strong commercial governance, risk management and supplier assurance
Influence cross-functional teams across Product, Trading, Marketing, Digital and Sales to deliver shared outcomes
Requirements:
Proven senior-level experience in commercial product, destination or category management
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to set and deliver against ambitious growth targets
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset that links customer insight, brand and commercial levers
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Data-literate, insight-driven and comfortable using performance metrics to guide decisions
Strong understanding of the UK and global tour operator market
