The Senior Manager – Strategy & Transformation (Supply Chain) role will serve as a strategic advisor and transformation leader within our Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team, partnering with the Director, Business Analysis (Supply Chain) to shape and accelerate critical programs across the Supply Chain in the Demand Planning and Network development spaces. This role suits a strategic thinker with top-tier consulting experience who can lead at the intersection of strategy, delivery and executive engagement. You will set direction, structure complex problem solving, design executive engagement models and serve as a trusted thought partner navigating ambiguity and guiding enterprise-wide change. Combining Supply Chain domain with strategy development, you will bring clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives across: Integrated Business Planning inclusive of S&OP mid-term and S&OE short-term processes; Demand and supply planning; Integration of advanced analytics; Global Supply Chain network initiatives including automation (e.g., ASRS).
Job Responsibility:
Translate executive ambition into structured transformation blueprints with clear value levers and dependencies
Act as a senior advisor to GTS and Supply Chain leaders, shaping program direction and design trade-offs
Bring external perspectives, industry best practices, and innovation insights to inform transformation strategy
Structure critical workstreams and critical workshops within the Planning Transformation Blueprinting phase, including North Star visioning, diagnostics, process alignment, and solution design
Support Network Development initiatives, providing insights on capital programs, automation, and network optimization
Partner cross-functionally to apply strategic frameworks that ensure sustainable outcomes
Assess maturity, identify capability gaps, and recommend organizational, process, and technology enhancements to achieve world-class planning performance
Influence senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, GTS, Manufacturing and Finance
Communicate complex strategies with clarity, tailoring narratives for executive audiences
Build alignment, challenge assumptions, and embed strategic rigor across programs
Requirements:
10+ years in strategy consulting, transformation, or senior strategy roles in global, complex organizations
strong preference for top-tier consulting experience or equivalent internal strategy functions
Deep Supply Chain expertise including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and S&OP/S&OE
Proven leadership of complex, cross-functional transformation programs
Proven experience advising senior executives and shaping strategy in complex, global environments
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into executable plans
Experience in regulated or capital-intensive industries (Medical Devices, Pharma, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods)
Exceptional communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills
Bachelor's degree from a leading university in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
Nice to have:
MBA or other advanced degree (e.g., Masters in Supply Chain Management, Engineering) from a top-tier institution
Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Solutions such as o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar platforms
Experience with organization design, operating model transformation, and change management in large-scale, global transformation contexts
