Job Description:

Senior Manager responsible for providing strategic support to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Technology leadership team at Hang Seng Bank. The role involves overseeing end-to-end IT support for high-profile business events, ensuring seamless technology execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the CIO, develop executive communications, and manage IT operations during mission-critical events.

Job Responsibility:

Lead end-to-end IT support for high-stakes business events, ensuring all technology requirements are identified, planned, and executed flawlessly
Develop and maintain event calendar and playbooks, contingency plans, and post-event reviews to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal functions and external vendors to ensure seamless live streaming, webcasting, and hybrid event support
Develop and deliver high-quality communications for the CIO, including briefing documents and presentations for senior stakeholders such as the Board, CE, OpCo, and regulators
Develop thought leadership content to position the CIO and Hang Seng Technology as industry leaders
Craft compelling narratives to articulate Hang Seng Bank Technology’s achievements and innovation agenda
Evaluate and implement emerging event technologies to showcase Hang Seng Bank’s innovative mindset
Manage on-site and co-ordinate with remote IT support teams during events, ensuring 100% availability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field
Experience in financial services or technology sectors, with strong project management and co-ordination skills, including support C-level executives and mission-critical events
Technology Fluency – Deep understanding of technology terms, with ability to rapidly comprehend new technological concepts
Operational Excellence – Details oriented with meticulous planning and execution under pressure
Adaptability – Thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives.
