Job Description:

This position provides strategic leadership and oversees the digital engineering function by managing a team of engineers, defining technical strategies and roadmaps, ensuring successful project delivery, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

7+ years of software development experience
3+ years of JavaScript development experience
2+ years directing teams throughout the software development life cycle operations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Nice to have:

Node.js experience
Software Engineering Master Certification (SEMC)
Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP)
Agile experience, working with Product, Design, and other stakeholders
