Job Description:

Senior Manager - Product Engineering role at HSBC focusing on AI product ownership, supporting the development and commercialization of GPS Service Gen AI Roadmap, and driving AI-powered solutions for service needs.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as dedicated GPS Service AI Product Owner to support development, execution, and commercialization of the GPS Service Gen AI Roadmap
Support strategy around AI Knowledge management, governance, knowledge enrichment
Support identification, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions tailored to service needs
Collaborate and enable quick turn around on new POCs from a data perspective
Manage content relating to AI & Data in the knowledge management space
Develop framework for information evergreening

Requirements:

Excellent data analytical skills
Good in business analysis and data management
Experience in knowledge and data management
Experience in setting governance and strategy around knowledge and data management
Experience in automation with data solutions
Practical experience of major business transformation with global project management experience
Experience executing large-scale, complex global/regional change initiatives
Familiarity with projects relating to discriminative/generative AI and Data
Global and innovative mindset with strong communications, organizational, decision-making, lateral thinking, analytical and interpersonal skills
Collaborative and inclusive attitude with ability to work well with others
Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
Proven ability to formulate, disseminate and implement strategic initiatives
Knowledge of global and regional/country regulatory landscape
Highly motivated & self-driven

Nice to have:
