Offer comprehensive legal advice and support to various business functions, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks in contracts, company policies, etc. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including global service agreements, vendor agreements, Staff augmentation agreements, partnership agreements, real estate agreements, and lease deeds. Provide counsel on employment laws, ensuring organizational compliance and efficient handling of employment-related legal matters. Advise and counsel internal customers on various IP matters involving copyrights, patents and trademarks. Develop and update agreement templates for efficient and standardized documentation across the organization. Support the Head of Legal in executing day-to-day legal activities and collaborate closely with the Contract Management team to ensure timely deliverables. Establish and maintain effective relationships with external legal firms and manage outsourced legal work where necessary. Regularly update internal stakeholders on legal risks and any significant legislative changes that may impact their functions.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed institution is required
A minimum of 10 years of legal experience, preferably in IT industry or a multinational environment
Proven track record in managing complex commercial agreements, legal advisory, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and legal risk management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
