Job Description:

Join our PBM Finance Transformation Team as a Senior Manager. Finance Transformation continuously strives to innovate around how we perform key Finance activities such as budgeting & forecasting, recording of actuals, variance analysis, and client billing. This position will be focused internal PBM efforts to improve the technology around our financial operations & financial planning activities.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a team of 4 direct reports
Engage with program stakeholders to build relationships across the organization
Create and manage the program roadmap and measure execution against it
Advise colleagues on impacts to the program related to new products & strategies
Participate in program intake & prioritization
Execute program initiatives to fulfill OKRs
Participate in program budgeting processes
Build business cases and sizing for efforts requiring additional funding
Manage program risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
Oversee creation of documentation related to business processes
Coordinate with external vendors, internal partners, and IT to ensure successful project delivery
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members
Review requirements documents for completeness

Requirements:

7+ of relevant work experience
5+ years of experience with Finance
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Strong organizational skills
Strong relationship building skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Solid technical skills
Fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization

Nice to have:

Experience in healthcare industry, including health insurance, PBM or pharmacy services
Experience in highly regulated industry and compliance environment
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable and repeatable systems-based solutions
Experience working with IT partners to deploy production-level solutions
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications
Background in CVS PBM Finance activities
