Job Description:

Our client is a HK institution renowned for its practical approach to innovation and professional development.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial guidance for informed decision-making
Lead finance transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to redesign ERP process flows and conduct feasibility studies to streamline existing work flows
Collaborate with internal users and external consultants to design, develop, and implement digital finance work flows
Evaluate existing financial processes and policies to identify and implement improvements
Ensure financial systems and processes comply with internal policies and mitigate risks related to data integrity and cybersecurity
Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including system implementation
Support special projects by developing financial models and conducting scenario analysis
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree holder and a qualified accountant
Extensive experience in process re-engineering and system implementation
Proven analytical and governance skills in overseeing finance operations
Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Proficient in financial software (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion) and data analysis tools (PowerBI, SQL, Python)
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
