Job Description:

Our client is a forward-thinking leader in the construction and prefabrication sector, poised for significant expansion. This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with the CEO, driving strategic initiatives that will redefine the company's trajectory.

Job Responsibility:

Directly contribute to the execution of the company's long-term strategic vision and ambitious expansionary business plans through strategic acquisitions and mergers
Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint exciting new business opportunities both within Malaysia and across international borders
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key clients and strategic partners, laying the groundwork for future collaborations and acquisitions
Diligently monitor the progress of critical business initiatives, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and adjusting strategic plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain a deep understanding of the company's unique product positioning and stay ahead of the curve by closely monitoring competitor activities and industry trends

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent qualification
A proven track record with 8 years of working experience in B2B environment
A proactive and highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and unwavering accountability for driving results
Possess knowledge of the construction and prefabrication industries will be preferable
