Job Responsibility

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and high-impact board packs
  • translating raw data into clear business performance insights for executive leadership
  • Take full ownership of building the monthly forecasts for the executive team, identifying operational drivers, risks, and trends to lift senior leadership into a high-level review function
  • Actively partner with international operational departments and software development teams
  • uniquely expanding financial reporting support into a substantial global portfolio
  • Act as the co-administrator for the NetSuite and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) environment, driving automation, reducing manual spreadsheet reliance, and developing mature executive dashboards
  • Support month-end activities

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified
  • 5+ years industry management accounting and commercial analysis experience
  • Strong, hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite
  • genuine exposure to cube-based budgeting tools (NSPB or similar planning applications)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, meticulous eye for detail
  • Proactive, adaptable team player who can also work independently
