Job Description:

We have a vacancy for a 6 months’ position as a full-time Senior Maintenance Worker to join our team to provide compliance, maintenance and property services on our properties across Norwich.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide compliance, maintenance and property services on our properties across Norwich
  • Perform work tasks efficiently and safely in accordance with instructions and demonstrate professionalism and skill in performance of tasks, whilst being mindful of the vulnerability of many of the people we support
  • Attend to maintenance and repairs to agreed standard, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader
  • Attend to ‘out of hours emergency repair work’, based on a agreed rota (on-call rate of pay)

Requirements:

  • Experience of basic carpentry, plumbing and use of common power/hand tools
  • A full driving licence is required and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Experience of carpentry and use of common power tools, hand tools and materials used in building and grounds maintenance
  • A full clean driving licence is required and access to a reliable vehicle
