Job Description:

Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment and systems. The role requires strong mechanical expertise combined with electrical knowledge to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime. Special focus on critical production machinery such as CNC machines, Overhead Cranes, Lathes, Drills, and Compressors.

Job Responsibility:

Perform routine inspections, advanced troubleshooting, and timely repairs on a diverse range of critical industrial equipment
Execute and optimize the scheduled preventive maintenance programs
Accurately diagnose, repair, and overhaul complex mechanical systems
Handle essential electrical maintenance tasks
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety standards
Collaborate effectively with Production and other departments
Provide technical support and hands-on assistance during the installation, testing, and commissioning of new plant machinery
Carry out general facility maintenance and support tasks

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical trade certification
Minimum 4 to 6 years of progressive, hands-on experience in industrial maintenance within a heavy manufacturing or production environment
Proven experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of critical equipment, including CNC machines, Lathes, Overhead Cranes, Drills, Compressors, etc.
