Job Responsibility

Keep operations running at peak performance by ensuring critical equipment and systems are reliable, efficient, and production ready
Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, adjust, and install a wide range of equipment across the facility
Lead preventative maintenance efforts that minimize downtime and eliminate production losses
Provide own personal hand tools needed to safely perform the job and have a storage box to store
Provide a means of notification/communication during non-working hours for emergencies
Respond to emergency calls within 30 minutes
Ensure shop and surrounding area are kept clean by the removal of all debris in work areas, workbenches, break rooms, all floors and the same are free of liquids, oils, and dirt
Ensure a safe working environment by elimination of unsafe act(s) or condition(s)
Perform assigned tasks efficiently with minimum supervision
