Job Responsibility

Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Climeworks’ Direct Air Capture (DAC) plants, Orca and Mammoth
Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Orca and Mammoth plants
Plan, execute, and report both planned and unplanned maintenance activities for mechanical and rotating equipment, piping, instrumentation, electrical, and control systems
Drive and monitor maintenance KPIs and costs
Implement and maintain all required operational processes and tools, including the setup and management of spare parts systems and the operation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Develop calibration and maintenance regimes
Support plant ramp-up and improvement activities
Continuously optimize systems to ensure long-term reliability and performance
Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and support teams to align maintenance strategies
