Senior Maintenance Electrician

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment
• Assure safe workplace practices
• Predictive, preventive and proactive electrical maintenance analysis
• Work to all codes and regulations
• Assist outside contractors on major projects
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems
• Provide assistance during emergencies
• Plan layout and install electrical wiring
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Instruct lower level technicians
• Train ready-replacement technician
• Develop and coordinate testing schedules
• Maintain accurate equipment records

• 5+ years of experience as an electrician
• High School Diploma or GED required
• State Electrician's License (preferred)
• Broad working knowledge of electric and electronics principles, formulas and applications
• Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs
• Ability to work overnight shift Wednesday - Saturday from 5pm - 5am
