Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior M365 & Power Platform Solutions Architect to join our Solutions Architecture team within the broader Architecture and Development function. This team plays a key role in designing and delivering scalable, innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, driving digital transformation, and contributing to AI-driven initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Design and implement low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance business processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions
Oversee and assess the development work executed by vendor teams
Leverage Microsoft Search, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform capabilities to drive optimization and automation
Lead the adoption of best practices for low-code/no-code development, enterprise search, and AI-driven tools within the Microsoft ecosystem
Assist Enterprise Architects in evaluating and implementing technology solutions
Contribute to business development activities by identifying new opportunities and advising on technical solutions
Supervise and support vendor developers in delivering high-quality solutions
Maintain up-to-date documentation and refine internal development processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Microsoft 365 and Power Platform certifications preferred
Strong experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), Power Platform, and cloud-based enterprise solutions
Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Search and AI-driven tools like Copilot Studio
Familiarity with Azure services, DevOps practices (CI/CD), and automation frameworks
Previous experience working in agile product development teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide technical decisions
