Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior M365 Application Integration Engineer to join a global team responsible for delivering and supporting Microsoft 365 services in a complex, hybrid environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automation, security, and collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and support the global M365 platform, including updates, patching, migrations, and deployments
Manage and enhance a provisioning portal built on Azure DevOps
Ensure high levels of security, availability, and compliance across the M365 environment
Provide 3rd/4th level support and collaborate with vendors and IT teams for issue resolution
Develop and maintain operational documentation and standard procedures
Drive knowledge transfer to L2 teams and support shift-left initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, Cyber Defense, and Security
Lead change initiatives within the Application Integration team

Requirements:

3–5+ years of senior-level experience with Microsoft 365 in a hybrid provisioning and authentication environment
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, C# development, and Terraform
Experience in large-scale messaging infrastructure and federated authentication
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, including Purview and Defender
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Information Security principles and practices

Nice to have:

CISSP or equivalent security certification
Broad understanding of information systems, including Windows and network security, and non-Windows operating systems
