Our Special Works division is looking for a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor who thrives in the high-stakes world of fast-track, high-spec projects. This isn't a role for someone who wants to hide in a massive site office on a five-year scheme. This is for a technical expert who enjoys the agility of smaller, high-value projects and the 'sharp end' of commercial management. The Role: Commercial Leadership. As a Senior, you will own the commercial lifecycle of multiple M&E packages. You'll be expected to bring a 'business-owner' mindset to every project, ensuring technical accuracy and profitability.
