We are looking for a Senior M&A Lawyer to join one of the most prominent and established legal practices in Greece. This anonymous firm is a leader in the corporate sector, known for its involvement in high-stakes transactions and its commitment to legal excellence. Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and managing large-scale, high-value M&A transactions from structuring to closing
  • Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating a dedicated team of associates and junior lawyers
  • Drafting and negotiating complex transactional documentation, including SPAs, SHAs, and investment agreements
  • Overseeing comprehensive legal due diligence processes for domestic and international clients
  • Providing high-level strategic advice on corporate governance, restructurings, and cross-border investments
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for key corporate clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
