Job Description:

The role involves patrolling the property, assisting guests with access, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The candidate must comply with company policies, handle disruptions, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Physical capability to handle dynamic and demanding situations is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Patrol all areas of the property
assist guests with room access
monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and fire life safety systems
conduct daily hazard inspections
respond to accidents and provide first aid or CPR if needed
assist during emergency situations
defuse disturbances
complete incident and daily shift reports
ensure confidentiality of security operations
handle property interruptions and complaints
escort unwelcome individuals from the property
inspect tools and equipment
ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
assist individuals with disabilities
develop positive working relationships with colleagues.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to patrol property and assist guests with room access
monitor CCTV and alarm systems
conduct hazard inspections
administer first aid/CPR
handle safety concerns and disturbances
complete incident reports
maintain confidentiality of security reports
comply with company policies including safety and appearance standards
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance or over 75 pounds with assistance
ability to navigate uneven, confined, or elevated spaces
ability to use computers or point of sale systems
clear and professional communication skills
ability to anticipate and address guest needs.

Nice to have:

Strong guest service skills
experience in handling safety emergencies
familiarity with monitoring security systems.
