The Senior Logistics Group Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating logistics operations to support stable factory execution. This role ensures effective material flow, operational coordination, and continuous improvement while aligning logistics activities with site objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate daily logistics operations to support production and operational requirements
  • Manage and guide a logistics team, including task assignment and follow-up
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to logistics processes and material flow
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Monitor operational topics, risks, and follow-up actions to ensure timely resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
