Job Description

As part of our logistics team reporting to the Head of Logistics for Hungary, you are responsible for the daily operational management and support of our logistics partners and serve as the primary contact for our partners regarding operational challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the daily operational management and support of our logistics partners and serve as the primary contact for our partners regarding operational challenges
  • Together with our partners, you identify potential for improvement and implement optimization measures to make our processes more efficient and reliable
  • You work closely with other teams to improve fleet health and ensure a continuous supply-demand parity
  • You support the Head of Logistics with strategic projects and initiatives, contributing your experience to the further development of our partnerships
  • You monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as compliance with contractually agreed conditions, ensuring our quality standards are met at all times
  • Regular reporting and evaluations are part of your responsibilities, as is close cooperation with internal stakeholders and logistics management
  • You ensure efficient, service-oriented cooperation throughout the entire supply chain and actively contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics

Requirements

  • A passion for making operational logistics run smoothly and efficiently through your commitment
  • Experience with 3PL
  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in logistics or a comparable function
  • An analytical and attentive way of working, making it easy for you to build constructive and trusting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • A solution-oriented attitude and the ability to maintain an overview of goals and priorities in daily operations
  • Confidence in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and the willingness to proactively seize new opportunities when they show promise
  • You speak fluent Hungarian and have very good English skills
