Senior Local SEO Specialist

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global Local SEO strategy
• Define and optimize scalable workflows for creating, monitoring, and managing local listings
• Conduct in-depth analysis of local search rankings, traffic, and user behavior
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement optimizations
• Influence the naming of new Fever owned venues for local search optimization
• Lead discovery and implementation of new technologies and automation tools
• Provide strategic reports and insights to senior stakeholders

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful Local SEO strategies for large-scale, multi-location businesses
• At least 4 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience managing local listings at scale with platforms such as Localistico, Uberall, or Partoo
• Deep understanding of current SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Highly critical thinker and effective problem-solver
• Working experience with most common SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
• Working experience with analytical tools (GA, GSC, Mixpanel, Looker Studio)
• Strong personal ownership and high level of initiative
• Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
