Senior Local SEO Specialist

• Develop and lead a comprehensive global Local SEO strategy to maximize visibility and performance across all local listings
• Define and optimize scalable workflows for creating, monitoring, and managing local listings across all global experiences
• Conduct in-depth analysis of local search rankings, traffic, and user behavior to identify strategic opportunities and risks
• Influence and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement on-site and off-site optimizations
• Influence on the naming of new Fever owned venues, ensuring each name is optimized for local search
• Lead the discovery and implementation of new technologies and automation tools
• Provide strategic reports and insights to senior stakeholders

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful Local SEO strategies for large-scale, multi-location businesses, with at least 4 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience managing local listings at scale with platforms such as Localistico, Uberall, or Partoo
• Deep understanding of current SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a special focus on Local Search
• Highly critical thinker and effective problem-solver with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable recommendations
• Working experience with most common SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Working experience with analytical tools (GA, GSC, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Strong personal ownership, high level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
