Senior Loan Servicing Representative

• Support performance of less experienced Loan Servicing staff
• Provide lending support service in operations, documentation, and customer service
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving processes and tools
• Perform administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
• Resolve complex client problems and inquiries
• Analyze issues, business requirements, standards, procedures, and call trends
• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures
• Use independent judgment to review and file claims
• Interact with Loan Servicing team, functional area, and internal peers
• Participate in regional or team meetings
• Provide guidance and training to less experienced individuals

4+ years of Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
