Job Responsibility

Support the end-to-end closing of Distressed, Par, and Near Par trades booked by our Trading Desk
Manage a dynamic pipeline of deals
Ensure trades are confirmed and settled accurately across the LSTA and LMA markets
Prepare, review, and manage materials such as credit agreements, collateral documents, trade confirmations, transfer documents, and funding memorandums
Coordinate closely with counterparties to verify trade terms, resolve discrepancies, and remove roadblocks to meet tight deadlines
Oversee final documentation and settlement of troubled loans
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Help convert pre restructured debt into proceeds
Support the team with ad hoc tasks
