Preference will be given to those working towards or have a bachelor's degree in education, wildlife/fisheries biology, biological sciences, environmental science, ecology, outdoor recreation, or a related field
Preference will be given to those who have experience working with multiple age groups in the same learning environment
Preference will be given to those who have experience developing and presenting formal and informal programs
Preference will be given to those who have experience safely supervising participants in an outdoor environment
Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of a variety of outdoor skills, including: fishing, orienteering, backpacking, archery, canoeing, kayaking, and firearm safety
