  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met
  • Support planning and execution of: External advisor training workflows (including compliance requirements), Internal content publication workflows across multiple home office teams, LMS platform installation, integrations, user/data migration, Decommissioning of legacy LMS platforms

Requirements:

  • Direct experience leading an external-facing LMS implementation, migration, or consolidation
  • 8+ years of overall project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex, long-term initiatives impacting external users
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
  • Experience operating as a proactive PM who drives accountability and outcomes

Nice to have:

  • Experience within wealth management, insurance, or financial services environments
  • Strong Waterfall experience for business planning and execution
  • Agile experience (technical teams operate in Agile delivery models)
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years within a PMO
