Minimum 5-10 years PQE with substantial experience in property litigation
Proven ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters independently
Competence in handling cases from instruction to conclusion of the litigation process
Exceptional client care and communication skills, interacting effectively at all levels
Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent team ethics, with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently under pressure
Ability to work calmly under pressure and with a demanding workload

Job Responsibility

Supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios
Managing recovery actions from default to realisation
Handling a diverse and high-volume caseload
Engaging in County Court and High Court Litigation
Dealing with professional negligence claims against solicitors, valuers, or title insurers
Handling indemnity claims against the Land Registry
Managing complex cases from instruction to resolution
