Job Description:

A PRESTIGIOUS TRIAL FIRM IN TACOMA is seeking an experienced SENIOR LITIGATION PARALEGAL. In this position, you will be supporting exceptional attorneys with complex cases including wrongful death, negligence/abuse and negligence, medical malpractice, and/or civil rights matters.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overall case management, client communication
  • Preparing and drafting pleadings and discovery responses and requests
  • Review and organize medical records
  • Trial prep, attend and assist during trial

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience handling complex litigation
  • State and Federal E-filing experience
  • Extensive medical records experience
