Senior Litigation Attorney

• Lead all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial and appeal
• Conduct case assessments, liability evaluations, and coverage analyses
• Manage discovery involving telematics, ECM data, and driver records
• Take and defend depositions of drivers, witnesses, and experts
• Retain and prepare experts in accident reconstruction, medical causation, and trucking compliance
• Draft and argue dispositive and evidentiary motions in state and federal court
• Provide strategic reporting to insurance clients, including exposure analysis and settlement recommendations
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Ensure compliance with Colorado litigation procedures, including damage caps and comparative fault rules
• Stay current on FMCSA regulations and Colorado trucking laws

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense and trucking/transportation
• Trial experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Colorado tort law and FMCSA regulations
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and case management skills
• Active license to practice law in the state of Colorado
