Senior Litigation Attorney

• Lead and manage all phases of complex commercial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Take and defend depositions, argue substantive motions, and serve as a key point of contact for clients
• Develop case strategy in partnership with partners on high-value, high-impact disputes
• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and appellate filings
• Oversee and mentor junior associates and coordinate with expert witnesses and litigation support teams

• 6-12+ years of complex commercial litigation experience at a top boutique or AmLaw firm
• Strong academic credentials and Big Law training preferred
• Significant experience handling sophisticated matters, including breach of contract, business torts, and other high-stakes commercial disputes
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases and interface directly with clients
• Trial experience or significant stand-up experience strongly preferred
• Admission to the Illinois Bar (or ability to waive in)
