Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Linux Administrator to manage and support RHEL-based Linux server environments across pre-production and production systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Linux administration, certificate management, and troubleshooting, with a proven track record of maintaining secure and high-performing systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provision, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot RHEL-based Linux servers (including Fedora, CentOS, RHEL 7) across multiple environments
  • Implement system hardening and security best practices
  • Manage SSL/PKI certificate installation and lifecycle for Linux systems
  • Perform Linux/Unix/AIX administration tasks including cron job scheduling, user account management, permissions, and access rights
  • Monitor disk space, network configuration, and application health checks
  • Handle password resets, configuration file updates, and service account management
  • Analyze and interpret comprehensive application logs for troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Develop and maintain Bash/Korn shell scripts for automation of routine tasks
  • Collaborate with application support teams to ensure system stability and performance
  • Support Apache HTTP Server and middleware components as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, certificates, and operational procedures
  • Ensure adherence to organizational security and compliance policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Higher Degree
  • 10+ years of Linux administration experience in enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of RHEL-based systems and related distributions (Fedora, CentOS)
  • Expertise in SSL/PKI certificate management and Linux security practices
  • Proficiency in Bash/Korn shell scripting and log analysis
  • Experience with SFTP, LDAP, and network troubleshooting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Valid Passport

  • Experience with AIX administration and enterprise-level environments
  • Knowledge of automation tools for Linux system management
  • Exposure to compliance and security frameworks
