8Eleven Modern Bistro at Union Club Hotel — a Marriott Autograph Collection property on the campus of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana — is hiring an experienced Senior Line Cook to join our kitchen team. From mise en place to plate presentation, you'll play a key role in the daily success of one of West Lafayette's premier hotel dining destinations. Job Responsibility

  • Mentor entry-level cooks and culinary apprentices
  • oversee daily prep and production
  • Execute back-of-house (BOH) operations following F&B procedures, health codes, and federal guidelines
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times
  • Help maintain food cost and labor cost targets
  • Check ingredient freshness

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment
