Own lifecycle marketing growth strategies and execution across owned channels (email, SMS, push, in-app) to drive adoption and retention of EarnIn’s core products
Own end-to-end lifecycle campaign operations (setup → QA → deploy → monitor), ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery across channels
Be the hands-on expert for our automation platform: journey builds, dynamic content/personalization logic, template frameworks, audience management, and channel orchestration
Use AI to accelerate campaign ops: generate copy variants, assist QA, summarize results, and automate repeatable workflows—while maintaining brand and compliance guardrails
Own lifecycle reporting and performance readouts: build/maintain dashboards, monitor trends, and translate results into recommendations
Ensures flawless execution at scale through disciplined intake, rigorous QA, clear documentation, and proactive monitoring—delivering accurate, on-time launches with minimal errors and continuous process improvement
Proactively identify and execute new opportunities that provide incremental value to Community Members
Requirements
4+ years leading the end-to-end development of multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives from strategy to execution to optimization, working with cross-functional partners
Proficient in marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, etc., or willingness to learn
Proficient using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Agentic workflow builders, Zapier) to accelerate lifecycle work—creative generation, generating personalization ideas, summarizing performance insights, and automating repeatable ops tasks
Demonstrated expertise in iterative testing and campaign optimization through A/B and/or multivariate testing
Data-centric mindset. Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools such as Tableau, Amplitude, Looker, Periscope, etc., to craft compelling narratives that highlight the performance of campaigns
Complete understanding of the different stages of lifecycle marketing and journey mapping, with a preference for experience across multiple stages of the lifecycle versus just acquisition
Incredibly inquisitive and customer-centric, with a desire to know why people do what they do and how to improve their lives
Strong attention to detail, with a sense of achievement when finding errors during QA
HTML/CSS + templating for lifecycle marketing messages (e.g., Liquid/Handlebars or similar)
