We’re looking for a data-driven Senior Lifecycle Growth Marketing Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end customer journey. You’ll design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns that deepen engagement, drive retention, and grow customer lifetime value. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and automation — and loves turning insights into impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead lifecycle marketing strategy across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
Build, test, and deploy campaigns in Iterable, leveraging dynamic content, segmentation, and custom journeys
Use Mode and SQL to analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities, and develop audience insights
Partner with Product, Creative, and Data teams to launch lifecycle programs tied to key customer behaviors
Develop and iterate on triggered, event-based, and cohort-driven campaigns across the user lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, winback)
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track impact and optimize performance
Champion experimentation through A/B and multivariate testing across messaging, timing, and channels
Requirements:
8+ years of D2C marketing experience
3+ years focused on lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
Proficiency with Iterable (or similar platforms like Braze or Klaviyo)
Strong fluency in SQL for querying user data and building audiences
Experience using Mode (or similar tools) to uncover insights and visualize performance
A/B testing rigor and a strong understanding of statistical significance
Deep customer empathy and a bias for action
Excellent project management skills
Experience in fintech, insurtech, healthtech, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with Amplitude, Segment, or other CDPs
HTML/CSS for email customization
Management or mentorship experience
Nice to have:
Experience in growing infrequent usage products is a plus
