Proven ability to handle the full range of EL / PL and Product liability claims including claims involving third party property damage
Extensive experience of writing investigation reports
Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena
Understanding of Client SLA compliance/productivity/quality requirements
Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and hand held device use
Good negotiation skills
To understand what matters to the customer and to put this first – putting yourself in their shoes
Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail
Flexibility in travelling

Job Responsibility

Supporting valued clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of third party Liability claims
Establishing liability via thorough investigation on each case
Providing support and advice on claims issues to policyholders within specified timeframes
Managing and delivering SLAs and KPIs
Proactive Client and Broker interaction
Liaising with colleagues within different business areas
Removing hurdles in the process if required
Ensuring swift settlement / denial whenever possible
