Proven ability to handle the full range of EL / PL and Product liability claims including claims involving third party property damage
Extensive experience of writing investigation reports

Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and hand held device use

Liaising with colleagues within different business areas
Removing hurdles in the process if required
Ensuring swift settlement / denial whenever possible
