Job Description

Mid-size firm in New York seeking a senior (preferably partner level) tax attorney with at least 12 or more years of experience. The firm’s practice focuses on the representation of middle market companies and high net worth individuals, and successful candidates will have experience in a broad range of tax matters that may arise in the representation of such clients (including as many as possible of such areas as corporate/real estate transactional, international, partnership, state and local tax, tax controversy, etc.) No portable business is required as the firm has ample work to service, but candidates who do generate business will receive a percentage of originations collected.
