ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting A+2 Senior Leadership Team Domain experience with business systems for both preferred
  • They will be working together, so collaboration will be important
  • Agile Expert/Agile at scale, experience managing large product teams
  • Support A+2 in implementing portfolio flow for requirements that affect cost/schedule/performance
  • Very large-scale project, over 160+ products in the division with varying mission customers, funding sources, and differing teams across the board
  • Engage customer (customers include HR, Security, B, NCU, I&L, CSD, etc)
  • Requirement gathering- develop needs. Might need to draw out the requirement to get a true functional requirement to then bucket appropriately into the new Governance board. Understanding the technical side for functional requirement also important
  • Requirements C/S/P
  • Manages requirements at the executive level/serves as the front door for new requirements to help them flow to proper channel

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Poly required. (FS desired)
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
  • Twenty (20) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
