ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering, Cybersecurity Solutions, Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis, and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Senior-Level Systems Engineer

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the customer in establishing and formalizing approaches that will underpin formal requirements and processes supporting customers.
  • Contribute to the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as Systems Engineering Plans, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
  • Plan, monitor, and generate systems engineering artifacts to assist the government with facilitating technology transition into and out of the capabilities architecture.
  • Work with the government to facilitate, lead and document decision meetings to engage stakeholders in accomplishing the work.
  • Help define the methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which the systems, subsystems and work products are verified against their requirements in a written plan.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with fullscope Polygraph
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline and at least 15 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s or PhD Degree may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: A High School Diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
  • Operational experience of customer systems.

Nice to have:

  • Significant experience with Intelligence Community customers, their missions and infrastructures.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated customer interface experience in eliciting technical requirements.
  • Experience working on project development from requirements definition to deployment.
