Job Description

The Baker McKenzie Executive Compensation team provides US domestic and international executive compensation, employee benefits and equity compensation advice to multi-national clients. Our attorneys routinely advise clients on the employee benefits, executive compensation and equity compensation aspects of major cross-border business change and re-organization/restructuring projects, such as mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, reductions in force and post-acquisition integration. Our California-based Executive Compensation team has been ranked Band 1 in Chambers for the past seven years.

Requirements

  • Five to eight years of experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation, employee benefits and other incentive and compensation arrangements
  • meaningful experience supporting M&A and other transactional matters
  • client-service-oriented
  • exceptional analytical, writing, and organizational skills
  • large law firm experience is strongly preferred
  • must be California bar admitted and have strong academic credentials with the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment
  • must submit a cover letter, resume, and transcripts
