employee benefits and other incentive and compensation arrangements
supporting M&A and other transactional matters
Requirements:
Five to eight years of experience in advising private and public companies on sophisticated executive compensation, employee benefits and other incentive and compensation arrangements
meaningful experience supporting M&A and other transactional matters
client-service-oriented
exceptional analytical, writing, and organizational skills
large law firm experience is strongly preferred
must be California bar admitted and have strong academic credentials with the ability to function smoothly in a global team environment
