Job Description

At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) we are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Residential Lettings team in Beckenham. You’ll play a key part with matching tenants with their next home; through viewings and negotiations you’ll build strong relationships over the phone and face to face. A desire to succeed and earn is vital in our lettings teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Registering and qualifying applicants to ensure you fully understand their requirements
  • Generating and conducting viewings obtaining quality feedback
  • Keeping landlords informed with updates on viewings, activity and developments related to their property
  • Turn applicant interest into offers and guide negotiations into move ins with care and clarity

Requirements

  • A proven track record and confidence in estate agency to bring immediate value
  • Outstanding communication that helps you build trust, manage expectations, and deliver a seamless experience for both applicants and landlords
  • A genuine passion for forming and nurturing strong relationships
