Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency client. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in lettings, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants alike.

Job Responsibility:

  • Daily management of applicant enquiries and registrations
  • Generate and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain regular communication with landlords regarding property updates and market conditions
  • Negotiate tenancy offers to secure successful agreements
  • Collect holding deposits and tenancy monies in line with regulations
  • Oversee tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
  • Ensure all legal compliance is met on agreed offers, including documentation and contracts
  • Deliver high levels of customer service to all parties involved
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to ensure smooth lettings transactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency lettings
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
  • Driving Licence: Essential - full clean UK licence required
