Minimum of two years experiance as a Lettings Negotiator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and sales abilities
Highly organized and able to manage a busy schedule with multiple deadlines

Job Responsibility

Match tenants with suitable rental properties based on their needs and preferences
Book and conduct viewings, providing a professional and engaging tour of the property
Carryig out valuations (after training if needed)
Act as a trusted advisor to both landlords and tenants, offering guidance throughout the tenancy cycle
Regularly update landlords on viewings, feedback, and market conditions to help secure lets quickly and at the right price
Handle queries and concerns with efficiency and professionalism, always aiming for resolution and satisfaction
Help market properties through online portals, social media, and our in-house platforms
Monitor and report on property performance, adjusting strategy as needed to attract prospective tenants
Negotiate rent, tenancy terms, and deposit arrangements to achieve the best outcome for both parties
Handle objections, clarify queries, and work towards mutually beneficial agreements
