Proven experience in estate agency lettings
Strong negotiation and communication skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering results
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
Knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach
Driving Licence: Essential - full clean UK licence required

Job Responsibility

Daily management of applicant enquiries and registrations
Generate and conduct property viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
Maintain regular communication with landlords regarding property updates and market conditions
Negotiate tenancy offers to secure successful agreements
Collect holding deposits and tenancy monies in line with regulations
Oversee tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
Ensure all legal compliance is met on agreed offers, including documentation and contracts
Deliver high levels of customer service to all parties involved
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to ensure smooth lettings transactions
