Job Responsibility:
Manage lettings, allocations, and void processes to ensure efficient property turnaround
Carry out pre‑tenancy checks, viewings, and tenancy sign‑ups
Support customers, including those with additional needs, by providing clear tenancy advice and guidance
Help minimise rent loss by ensuring properties are re‑let promptly
Travel regularly across Birmingham and Worcester (approx. 60% field‑based)
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence
DBS required
Strong background in customer service and housing lettings
Good understanding of housing legislation, welfare benefits, and void management
Confident communicator with strong organisational and IT skills
Able to handle sensitive or challenging situations professionally
