Job Description:

A well-established, mid-sized law firm based in midtown Manhattan seeks a senior lending attorney with extensive lender-side expertise to build and lead this practice.

Job Responsibility:

Build and lead the lending practice
Independently run deals
Annual billables expected to be 1800–2000 hours

Requirements:

Extensive lender-side expertise
Extensive experience independently running deals
Experience with real estate lending transactions is preferred
11+ Years experience

Nice to have:
