Job Description

Hello Neighbor is seeking a Senior Manager of Immigration Legal Services to lead and grow the program within our community-centered, sliding scale fee-for-service model. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure accessible, high-quality legal services to meet the needs of our refugee and immigrant community. The Senior Manager will help shape program strategy, support a collaborative team, and build systems that allow services to scale while remaining responsive, culturally grounded, and trauma-informed. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented leader who enjoys building thoughtful, sustainable programs that center community impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop program goals, outcomes, and evaluation metrics
  • Ensure execution and follow-through on critical projects
  • Lead team to reach financial goal of 30% of program cost funded though sliding scale fees
  • Guide the development and growth of immigration legal services aligned with Hello Neighbor’s mission and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to expand access to services while maintaining quality and equity
  • Build and maintain workflows that support efficient and client-centered service delivery
  • Collaborate with Finance work within department budget
  • Support cross-team coordination between legal services and other Hello Neighbor programs
  • Comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
  • Set up processes for evaluation and outcome reporting
  • Supervise and support legal and program staff
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
  • Support staff development and wellbeing

Requirements

  • Experience leading programs within nonprofit, legal services, or immigration-focused environments
  • Strong operational and organizational leadership skills

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
