Hello Neighbor is seeking a Senior Manager of Immigration Legal Services to lead and grow the program within our community-centered, sliding scale fee-for-service model. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure accessible, high-quality legal services to meet the needs of our refugee and immigrant community. The Senior Manager will help shape program strategy, support a collaborative team, and build systems that allow services to scale while remaining responsive, culturally grounded, and trauma-informed. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented leader who enjoys building thoughtful, sustainable programs that center community impact.
Job Responsibility
Develop program goals, outcomes, and evaluation metrics
Ensure execution and follow-through on critical projects
Lead team to reach financial goal of 30% of program cost funded though sliding scale fees
Guide the development and growth of immigration legal services aligned with Hello Neighbor’s mission and KPIs
Identify opportunities to expand access to services while maintaining quality and equity
Build and maintain workflows that support efficient and client-centered service delivery
Collaborate with Finance work within department budget
Support cross-team coordination between legal services and other Hello Neighbor programs
Comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
Set up processes for evaluation and outcome reporting
Supervise and support legal and program staff
Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
Support staff development and wellbeing
Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders
Represent Hello Neighbor in relevant external collaborations
Requirements
Experience leading programs within nonprofit, legal services, or immigration-focused environments
Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
Commitment to immigrant and refugee communities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
